OVERVIEW
The Participatory Organizational
Evaluation Tool (POET) was used for self-evaluation. This was
in keeping with the theme for this year's Retreat and General Assembly
"Good Attitude, Good Work Habit-We focus
on the Positive". A small questionnaire
was given to each staff member on the last day of the
Retreat. It consisted of three questions, and staff members were required
to give at least three answers to each question. The evaluation was
anonymously done by all 37 members.
The questions were as follows:
