Proxy Forms

In accordance with Rule 19, Third Schedule, Representation of the People Act Chapter 9 of the Laws of Belize, the following persons are applicable to vote by proxy:

• Persons Employed outside Belize in any Belizean Embassy, High Commission, Diplomatic Mission or Consulate, including their spouses and dependents.
• Members of the Belize Defence Force
• Persons acting as elections officers
• Persons employed in transporting or in any other manner assisting election officers

Below you will find:

• Form No. 14 Proxy Paper for Belize City Council, Belmopan City Council, and Town Council.
• Form No 15 Application for Appointment of Proxy for Belize City Council, Belmopan City Council, and Town Council.

Feel free to download and complete both forms for your city or town council, and submit to Elections and Boundaries Department Head Office by February 17, 2006.
